Electronic Speed Variator. Manual & Auto control. An ancillary electrical device used to control motor speed , not a drive-line component (unlike MV)
Motors on standard pumps are suitable for 3:1 turndown from 50Hz (or 4:1 turndown from 60Hz) i.e you can over-speed the standard pump by the 20% if required, to give 20% higher flow rates.
