Description

The Variflow Diaphragm pump is a variable output pump with high efficiency ball valves. High grade engineering plastics for wetted parts enable a wide range of aggressive liquids to be handled and the absence of any gland offers zero leakage. Drive from vertical flange mounted motor is through a worm and wheel to the eccentric which operates a push rod. This rod actuates a spring return diaphragm rod. The stroke is set by a manual adjusting micrometer screw giving 0 ~ 100% calibrated adjustment of length by percentage increments.

Drive from vertical flange mounted motor via a variable drive unit is through a worm and wheel to the eccentric operating the diaphragm via a push rod. The variable speed drive is manually adjustable via hand wheel with built in gravity wheel indicator with a turn down ratio of 6:1.
