Description

Infinitely variable hydraulic gears operating as a hydrostatic transmission.

Essentially consisting of a hydraulic, radial piston variable displacement pump (primary) and a constant displacement pump (secondary).

A manual speed control option providing a 1:1 throughput with 0~100% speed control whilst running or stopped.

Auto Control actuators available & ATEX.

Typical 12-15 Year refurbishment life (20-25 year on larger models)

EV Electronic Variator

EV Electronic Variator pump

Description

The Varitronic control module is a fully featured VFD with local control in addition to a host of process control functionality.

Scalable display function allows the pump flow rate, within process, to be displayed. Local speed control via front panel potentiometer, with Stop/Start control and Isolation.

Auto control features include Analogue/Digital signals, RS485 Modbus RTU & on-board PID controller. Various process outputs available, including Relay Contact.

Available for 110/230v 1Ph supplies and 230/400v 3Ph supplies.

Option of Pump or Remote mounting.

IP66 / NEMA 4x Washdown Enclosure.
